These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rock Identifier mobile application for iOS (the "App") operated by Vitalii Korol ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App helps identify rocks and related materials from photos using automated image analysis and related technology.
Results, including names, descriptions, and any price or value estimates, are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional, geological, gemological, appraisal, investment, or legal advice. You should not rely on the App as the sole basis for buying, selling, collecting, or handling stones or minerals.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under the age required to consent to these Terms where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You may submit photos from your camera or photo library for identification.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
You are responsible for what you photograph. Avoid including people, documents, or other sensitive material in images sent for identification.
Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase processed by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free trials or introductory offers, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, as shown at purchase.
